Prior workplace experience is not mandatory in all positions at Gem, however, a tremendous amount of our success has been the result of team member suggestions. GEM is committed to being the best in the industry. We consistently offer a variety of training programs throughout the year to help our service technicians remain the most skilled in the business. Gem has partnered with the Community College of Rhode Island and offers selected apprentices the ability to earn credits towards an associate’s degree by completing the apprentice training program. We also encourage all employees to continually upgrade their skills, participate in paid training programs and work diligently work towards achieving their individual educational goals and objectives.
