**VERY IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION - PLEASE READ**

Shipping information

Please provide us with a valid contact phone number for the shipping company. It is your responsibility at the time of delivery to inspect the merchandise, especially for large appliances, vanities, china, fiberglass, glass, etc... If the packaging looks damaged do not sign for the delivery until the item is inspected. If it does not pass your inspection, tell the delivery company that you can not accept it. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. Once you sign for the package you accept full responsibility. You have up to 48 hours to contact us either by phone or email to let us know if something is damaged. Even if you do not intend to install your merchandise right away, please be sure to check and make sure it arrived intact otherwise the claim will be up to you and we will not be responsible for the damage. If you wait more than two days, its hard to know if it was the shipper that caused the damage and we will not be able to file a claim with the shipping company. We will do everything in our power to fix the problem incurred by damage, but please be aware that it is your full responsibility to inspect all goods before signing for them.

Truck Freight

Some items are too large or too heavy to ship using UPS. Therefore, our best option is to ship it to you using a common carrier. Truck freight is different than standard UPS in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it's going). Truck Freight may come via tractor trailer, so your road must be accessible. The driver will only provide driveway delivery in some cases. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) Monday through Friday. Please be aware of this before ordering. You must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

Small Parcel

Most of the time, we ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require a signature for smaller deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name on the note and a contact phone number. Unfortunately we DO NOT provide immediate tracking information for our shiments. If after 7 business days you have not received your shipment, please contact us via eBay email.

Product Returns due to Damage or Incorrect Item

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you, we will pay for the return shipping. and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost. Please let us know through email and we will correct the problem. You may be asked to hold the damaged goods for up to 14 business days while we arrange for the shipping company to inspect the merchandise. Any cancellations due to any other reason other than damage or wrong product are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Most products come with a manufacturer warranty, so any problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and will not need to be returned. In the event that you signed for a delivery upon inspection and then want to return it, you wil be assessed a 20% restocking fee and responsible for all return shipping costs. When you sign for an item, you have assumed all responsibility as you have inspected it.

Shipping Time and Tracking Information

Shipping time frames all vary. Please make sure you are fully aware of this. We DO NOT provide immediate tracking information for any products. Products may sometimes ship up to 5 business days after payment is received. If you do not have your item within 7 busines days from payment, please contact us via eBay email and we will obtain tracking, as it probably is still in transit. We can not guarantee a certain delivery date due to occasional shipping company and warehouse delays. Once your order ships, ground delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. We only ship large items to the Contiguous 48 States. No international orders or APO/FPO military addresses please.
